'Pathaan' to be released in Bangladesh

Finally, the popular Hindi movie 'Pathaan' starring Shah Rukh Khan is going to be 'released' in the theaters of Bangladesh. 19 film related organizations of the country have reached a consensus on this matter.

In a meeting held at Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (BFDC) on Sunday (February 12) afternoon, a consensus was reached to remove objections to the release of Hindi movies in Bangladesh.

Several presidents and general secretaries of the organizations present at the meeting confirmed this to the media.

They said the discussion reached a consensus that banning the import and screening of Hindi films in the country was not a realistic decision. Rather, 10 Hindi movies can be imported per year.

The media report also informed that the 19 organizations that have reached a consensus on the release of the Hindi film will soon write a letter to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

As a result, there is no obstacle in the way of the release of the film 'Pathan' starring Shahrukh Khan in the country.

On Tuesday, permission was sought to import the movie 'Pathaan' under the banner of an organization called Action Cut Entertainment. However, in addition to some complications in the policy, several organizations related to films, producers, directors-producers oppose the import of Hindi films in the country. There is a lot of debate on this issue. The ministry also held a meeting to solve the problem.

Deepika Padukone paired up with Shahrukh in the movie 'Pathaan'. Other Cast - John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, Ashutosh Rana, Gautham, Ekta Kaurke.
